How to install
The Ocean app is downloaded from this page, not the Play Store.
Download
Tap Download for Android. If Chrome asks, choose Download anyway — the app comes straight from Ocean.
Install
Open the downloaded file. If your phone asks, allow Install unknown apps for Chrome, go back, and tap Install.
Sign in
Use the Customer ID (like OCN-0012) and password Ocean sent you on WhatsApp.
You only do this once. After that, the app tells you when a new version is ready and updates itself — your sign-in and data stay as they are.

Good to know
I don't have a Customer ID or password.
Ocean sends them on WhatsApp when your connection is set up. Lost them? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll reset your password.
I want a new connection.
Open the app (no sign-in needed), tap New connection, choose your area and package and send the request — or message us on WhatsApp. Existing customers can add another connection the same way.
Is it safe to install an app from outside the Play Store?
Yes — this page is Ocean's own, and every update is signed with the same Ocean key, so your phone only accepts genuine Ocean updates.
Does the in-app call cost anything?
No. Calls go over your internet connection, so there is no phone credit or call charge.
